Cancellation and Deposit Policy

The client may cancel or reschedule without penalty by notifying the provider at least 2 days before the scheduled reservation time. If the client wishes to cancel or reschedule a FMTY, FMWY, or a booking longer than 12 hours, a notice period of 5 days is required.

Deposits are non-refundable, but can be transferred to a new date, or held by the provider as a credit towards future bookings. This credit is valid for no longer than 6 months from the original booking date.

Late cancellations, with or without late rescheduling attempts, will result in the forfeiture of your deposit. Missed appointments will be treated as late cancellations, per the above.

Provider cancellation – If, for any reason, I need to cancel our scheduled meeting, I will notify you as soon as possible and will work with you to reschedule. If a new date is not agreed upon, you will receive a full refund. Refunds will be processed by wire transfer, or by the payment method by which the deposit was made, at my discretion.

Deportation – If our date requires that I cross international borders (FMTY, FMWY, or travel bookings) and I am deported on suspicion of prostitution, it will be treated as a late cancellation as per above. This applies to all deposit amounts, up to 100% of the booking cost (inclusive of travel expenses and accomodation costs). If I am deported for any other reason, it will be treated as a provider cancellation.

Personal safety – If at any point during a booking I feel unsafe or disrespected I reserve the right to leave the booking without refund for time remaining. This includes but is not limited to physical and verbal threats or abuse, intimidation, erratic or inappropriate behaviour, excessive intoxication, drug use, sexual assault, signs of infection, and or lack of hygiene.
